At SIMO, we stand by the quality of our technology and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All electronics must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Log in to your SIMO account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
